- Gold Coast Exclusive acts as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers and your contract is directly with them. Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and policies of suppliers/vendors and you should read these before proceeding with your booking. Our role as agent is limited to facilitating bookings and arranging documentation, payments and refunds, as applicable.
- By making a booking through the Gold Coast Exclusive site you warrant that you are at least 18 years old
- We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party suppliers / vendors who we have no direct control over. We make no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on the site.
- We recommend that all travellers obtain travel insurance against cancellation or amendment fees as well as providing sufficient medical cover.
- Prices quoted to you at the time of your enquiry are correct to the best of our knowledge at that time. It is possible that prices may change before you actually book the Arrangements. We will advise you of any change in the price or error of which we are aware at the earliest opportunity before you book with us. We reserve the right to make changes and to correct errors in prices at any time before your Arrangements are confirmed. Once your Arrangements have been confirmed to you by our confirmation letter then, subject to other clauses in these Booking Conditions, the price will not change.
- As you will appreciate, we have no control over the weather. The provision of favourable weather to allow you to take part in your chosen activities does not form part of our contractual obligations to you. Unfortunately, there is always the risk that you may be unable to take part in weather dependent activities due to poor weather. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Arrangements without paying our normal charges. You will not be entitled to the options and/or compensation. Whenever possible, we will assist you to find alternative activities or Arrangements but please bear in mind that these may only be available at an additional charge to you.
- Bookings, Deposits & Payments | Terms & Conditions
- A 10% per person deposit is required to confirm your booking. Once your deposit is received, we will make all of the arrangements for you, including making all the necessary bookings to confirm and secure your dates with your chosen activity or accommodation providers.
- The deposit is fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to departure.
- Once your deposit is received, we will confirm all your bookings and contact you to make sure that you are satisfied with the activities, events, accommodation and arrangements which have been secured for you.
Exact numbers of people going must be provided at least 14 days before the start date.
At this time you will be sent a final invoice, based on the finalised number of people going.

Final payment MUST be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of your Arrangements.
If final payment is not received by this time, you may lose the booking. Unfortunately in many cases this is outside our control, as activity and/or accommodation providers often require full payments to be made and may cancel bookings if they do not receive those payments in time.

Once final payment is received you will be sent a full itinerary, giving you full details of where you will be going and what you will be doing, with times and addresses of venues and all other information relevant to your particular booking.
- Changes & Cancellations | Terms & Conditions
- If you wish to change your booking in any way we will try to comply with your requests but cannot guarantee that changes can always be made.
- Where a change can be made, we will not charge an amendment fee, however you will be charged for any extra costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.
- If you wish to cancel your booking after we have paid venues, it is at their discretion as to whether or not you will be refunded.
- Where the price of your Arrangements depends on the number of people booked and extra people are added to the booking, the price will be reworked on the basis of the new number of people going and we will send you a new confirmation letter. You will be required to pay the increased price.
- If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, you should advise us immediately by telephone followed by confirmation in writing. We will make a cancellation charge on the scale shown. Charges are based on the estimated expenses and losses we may incur should we be unable to withdraw from our obligations with our suppliers.

- Accommodation | Terms & Conditions
- Payment will be debited to your nominated credit card at the time the booking is placed.
- The person making the reservation and the hotel guest checking in must be over 18 years. To eliminate the possibility of booking fraud, the hotel guest will need to produce photo identification to ensure their identity matches the guest named in the booking. The hotel guest will also need to provide the hotel with a valid credit card at check-in to cover incidentals.
- If you wish to change or cancel your booking you must contact us. We will contact the hotel on your behalf and do our best to assist you. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
- Some hotels may accept a cancellation (with or without a cancellation charge) but it is entirely at their discretion. If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking.
- We rely on information supplied to us by the individual hotels including descriptions, ratings and visual images. Therefore we are not responsible for any variance in quality from the information supplied to us by the hotel.
- Custom Packages | Terms & Conditions
- The booking acknowledgement email sent to you by us is notification that the tour operator has received your request and is processing it. The availability of the packages is checked on a regular basis; however we are unable to provide an instant availability confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hrs to confirm the availability of your requested activates. We will email or call you as soon as we have a confirmation for you.
- If the availability of your holiday booking is confirmed, Gold Coast Exclusive will automatically process your booking. Your credit card will be debited immediately once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with the booking. Once we have received full payment we will provide you with the final itinerary of confirmed activities and venues. Once done the holiday/event will be ticketed and at this moment there is a binding contract between you and the holiday operator/vendor/supplier for the holiday or event.
- If the requested holiday/activity is not available we will contact you to inform you of the nearest available alternative; and if the holiday operator is unable to offer you an alternative which meets your approval you can cancel your request for a holiday without having to pay a cancellation fee.
- If you wish to cancel your holiday booking you must contact Gold Coast Exclusive. We will contact the holiday operator on your behalf. As part of the terms of sale, holiday operators are not obligated to accept any cancellations and you may be charged a cancellation fee by the operator. This cancellation fee may vary between operators. We will also charge a cancellation fee per person.
- Gold Coast Exclusive are not the operator of any holiday program and we are not liable for any variances in quality from the information supplied to us by the holiday/vendor provider. It is your responsibility to understand the travel, room and bedding, meal and activity arrangements that relate to the holiday/group booking package prior to proceeding with the booking.
- Adult Performances | Terms, Conditions & Code of Conduct
When booking adult performers through Gold Coast Exclusive you must accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. The acceptable code of conduct is outlined below:
- No cameras, videos or mobile phones are permitted to be used during the performance. If you would like to take a photo then you must seek the performer's permission. If he/she declines, you must respect this decision. Performers have families and reputations outside of this industry.
- You cannot touch the performers inappropriately. Performers may allow guided touching ie. Thighs, buttocks, chest or breasts. This choice is up to the individual performer and you may only touch the areas the performer directs you to touch during the entertainment.
- You cannot touch the waiters or waitresses at all.
- You cannot insult or obscenely grope our performers.
- We would appreciate you & your guests behaving in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.
- You will be required to provide a room for the performerl to change into his/her costume. If you are planning your entertainer to be a surprise, please let us know when booking, so we canl organise the performer to be in costume upon arrival.
- Dancers booked through Gold Coast Exclusive do not perform outdoor shows on grass or gravel! You must provide a covered area — patios, pergolas, garages and indoors are all okay.
- If you break the rules, the show or services will be stopped and no refund will be given. Please explain this to your guests and tell them how you expect them to behave before the show.

- When you make a booking through Gold Coast Exclusive, you acknowledge that Performer Selection is a preference only and is not a guarantee that you will see that particular Performer on the night. Wherever possible we will send your preferred performer, however it is simply not possible to cannot guarantee the availablity of particular performers. Performers’ schedules are subject to last minute changes.
- Acceptable Behaviour | Terms, Conditions, Requirements & Guidelines
- We or any person in authority can terminate your Arrangements if, in the reasonable opinion of ourselves or the person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member(s) in the booking is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other clients or members of the party, employees, suppliers, property or anyone else or if the person(s) concerns is or appears to be unfit to travel for whatever reason. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will not be able to complete their Arrangements and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation, expenses or any costs they have to pay or incur. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others in your accommodation or any persons taking part in any event or activity and/or present in the same environment which forms part of your Arrangements or if any facilities or services are removed or withdrawn as a result of their action.
- You understand and agree that when you book through us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and all other members of your party during your Arrangements. We, the accommodation provider and any other supplier reserve the right within our/their reasonable opinion to terminate the Arrangements in question of any member(s) of the party due to misconduct. Full payment for any damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) caused by you or any member of your party must be made directly to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier or to us as soon as possible. If the actual cost of the loss or damage exceeds the amount paid where estimated, you must pay the difference once known. If the actual cost is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded. You will also be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us or any of our suppliers and all costs incurred by us / the supplier (including our own, the supplier's and the other party's full legal costs) as a result of your actions. You must ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to protect you if this situation arises.
- You agree to ensure that all members of the party comply with all timetables of the events. Failure to keep to the timetables may result in either discontinuation of the event or cancellation of the said event. We will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any costs that may be incurred by you.
- You agree to ensure that all members of the party act at all times in a safe responsible manner and comply with all safety procedures, listen and be present at all safety and information briefings which are relevant to the Arrangements booked, make supervisors or any persons in authority immediately aware of any equipment or site deficiencies or concerns, dress suitably for any event as advised by our suppliers and observe and obey all laws, requests, conditions of use and other requirements of any supplier, including accommodation and entertainment venues.
- Many events and activities require a high level of concentration and the use of alcohol or drugs or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst participating in such events is strictly forbidden. If you or any member of your party have, in the reasonable opinion of our suppliers, been using drink or drugs or fail to act in a safe responsible manner, they reserve the right to cancel your participation forthwith. In this event we will not be liable to pay you any refund, compensation or any costs / expenses incurred by you.
- Health, Fitness and Acceptance of Risk | Terms & Conditions
- Some of the events and/or activities you wish to book may require a good level of fitness, strength and endurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate level of fitness to be able to participate in your chosen events and/or activities. Many events are not recommended for those with a disability, illness or infirmity.
- If you have an existing medical condition, allergies or disability which may affect your Arrangements you must let us know the details before you make your booking.
- If, in our reasonable opinion, your chosen Arrangements are not suitable for you taking into account your medical condition or disability or you are not being accompanied by someone who can provide all the assistance you may reasonably require, where it is reasonable for us to require this, we can refuse to accept the booking.
- If we find out after you have made the booking that you have an existing medical condition or disability and you are not being accompanied by someone who can provide all the assistance you may reasonably require as referred to above and you have failed to give us this information at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and impose the cancellation charges as set out in these Terms & Conditions where in our reasonable opinion, the confirmed Arrangements are not suitable.
- Please note that some of the Arrangements we feature are inherently dangerous and by booking these Arrangements you accept the inherent risks.
